Grant a Smile: Embracing Tsunami Orphaned Children with Compassion and Support
The Rotary Club of Kandy has embarked on a heartfelt mission, “Grant a Smile,” dedicating Rs. 21,384,000 over three years to bring joy and stability to the lives of 594 children orphaned by the tsunami. This initiative goes beyond financial support; it’s about nurturing hope and providing a nurturing environment where these young souls can flourish despite their loss. Through educational assistance, psychological support, and community integration, we are committed to ensuring that these children are not defined by tragedy but by the opportunities and care they receive.
